Anaseini Navuda joined the programme in January 2006 with an initial savings of $50. Since then she has continued to save consistently with Microfinance Unit West (MFW) in their Sigatoka office and does not regret making the small investment which has opened windows of opportunity for her and her 4 children. She purchases rootcrops from farmers in her village at Noikoro and retails them to customers at Sigatoka through her established market outlet. Her dream is to purchase a brand new 3-ton vehicle to assist with the transportation of farm produce to the Sigatoka market where she operates from. |
